We interview and assess CVs every day. This is what we do.
We have honed our skill in this area, over years and years of interviewing - initially in the corporate and technical sector and now in the domestic sector.
We have gained a unique insight into evaluating fraudulent certificates, fake references and wading through masses of information in this particular field to drill down to getting a clear and precise impression of the candidate.
We are able to cross check information due to our extensive and organised database.
We can check a CV supplied 1, 5 or 8 years ago and check this information against what is supplied now. This is invaluable when candidates lie about employment history or supply false references.
Who keeps every CV they have every received? We do - for this very reason.
We are not feeding CVs to you as part of an ad response.
We are evaluating, shortlisting and aligning the shortlist to your specific needs -- we are adding value to the process.
We spend hours, days and weeks interviewing candidates with extensive structured interviews.
On average our interviews are 2 - 3 hours long per candidate. It may seem extreme, when most other agencies do much shorter interviews. We want to know the candidate so when we refer her to you, we do know her.

You are gaining the value of our notes and our insights, and our experience when you go over our candidates.
We ask all the mundane questions.
We get all the critical information so that when you interview you are looking for a MATCH. You do not need to run over information you should know upfront when shortlisting.
More than a quarter of the candidates we interview are found to have lied or committed fraud, and are regretted.
It is an alarming amount.
As discouraging as it seems, it makes us work harder and smarter to red flag those candidates who still try to get through. Someone always will -- and we will keep getting better to stop these candidates getting to you. A dishonest candidate is a risk to your home.
Keeping in mind that Celeste personally checks every application that we receive -- every one.
We only shortlist, on average, 4 - 6% of the applications we receive, to call back for interviews. That is hundreds of candidates we do not feel meet the minimum standards we request when candidates apply.
