1. Clients engage us to work with them – this might be telephonically or through email.
2. Once we understand the client’s needs – we supply profiles of candidates who are on the market. The client has a good overview of the level of candidate we work with and what we can offer - adn whether this meets thier requirements.
3. Should the client wish to move ahead with Happy Helpers Nanny Agency – we ask the client to complete a registration form which is returned to HH.
4. Detailed CVs of candidates we have interviewed, who meet the requirements that the client has specified are email to the client. The CVs are detailed with full work history, training, referenced information and our extensive interview notes.
5. After the client has had the time they need to review the CVs. A short list is provided by the potential employer of candidates who meet their requirements and who they wish to meet.
6. We book the candidates to meet with the client.
7. In some cases, this is done at a restaurant or coffee shop, or at the client's home. First interviews are usually for the client to advise which candidates resonates with them the strongest. This is often down to personalities and the connection the client feel when they meet the candidate.
